Right now, this week, we are in the next phase of the momentum of the changes expected for 2012. The speed is picking up. This could be shaking stuff up in your life in unexpected ways. Let’s look at how to use food to help our bodies, minds & spirits thrive. Cleansing & detoxing from the ancient cultures’ practices will also be considered. Density is getting broken up on our planet now, so you may find that you can no longer eat, or no longer desire the same foods. We’ll discuss this. You’ll be given lists of actual foods to eat that can help you lighten along with the energies of this time. If you need to ground more into your body – many people are experiencing this too – foods for that will be given also!
