What if There’s Nothing Wrong?

If you’ve gained enough awareness of how our thoughts create our reality, based on quantum physics and the new sciences, then isn’t the next logical step then to understand how this happens, so that we can work with creating our best lives ever? You can see that what you focus on grows in the simple example of once you start considering doing something new you see ads or information or meet people connected to this new thing seemingly everywhere. That’s our perception and consciousness at work. It’s happening whether we are aware of how our thoughts create what shows up in our lives or not. So after understanding how this happens, next comes learning the tools to work with the mind to create favorable outcomes. Two key aspects of the mind are to be able to focus, and to solve problems. Put those two together, and as Buddhist and yogic teachings point out, the “ego-mind” has a primary job of solving problems. But what about gearing our minds to not seek out what is wrong?
